Service Catered to Your Needs

At PsycheLife, we cater our service to meet the needs of each client, in the context of our expertise. Once we have an initial meeting with you, we will discuss the possible ways forward, so that you can make an informed decision about an approach you are comfortable with.

Our registered psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists have significant experience supporting the mental health, development and well-being of adolescents and adults.

They have diverse employment backgrounds in education, industry, corporate and health settings, bringing a richness of experience and maturity to our services. Speciality areas include counselling and therapeutic support to adults and teens, along with child, adolescent and adult diagnosis .

We value the development of an integrated clinical picture of a client, working closely, if appropriate, with families, schools or other agencies to help meet a client's goals and improve their experience of life.

Our clinicians have experience in diagnostic assessments, mental health assessment, crisis intervention, counselling and psychotherapy. Therapy techniques drawn upon are selected to correspond to client's needs and include Gestalt, Person-Centred, Rogerian, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Solutions Focused, Schema, and Family Systems techniques.

Our clinicians are passionate about the scientist-practitioner model of evidence-based practice, have undertaken research and authored peer-reviewed articles about a range of topics, including how mental health issues manifest in behaviour and relate to personality, self-esteem, aggression and goal motivation.

We understand that having a therapist with who you "click" is so important in helping your experience of therapy be a success. Contact us to speak with us about your needs, so we can help you find the right match.
